Salary: $169,300 – $284,700 annually

What you will do

• Define and champion a multi-year experience vision for the integrated financing customer journey.
• Identify strategic bets and investment priorities by connecting customer needs with business outcomes.
• Create service design artifacts including journey maps, service blueprints, and multi-channel prototypes.
• Build and implement agentic AI capabilities to establish operating standards.
• Orchestrate the delivery of service improvements across various channels and lines of business.
• Mentor other designers and product managers to raise the quality and consistency of service design work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in service design, design strategy, product design, or UX design.
• Proven ability to influence product or business strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Strong craft in creating systems-level artifacts like journey maps and service blueprints.
• Expertise with Figma, Mural, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or operationally complex environments, such as financial services or healthcare.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Glean, Replit) to support design thinking and workflows.
