TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (Fintech): Designing end-to-end experiences for the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team to empower users with transparent ways to manage finances with an accent on complex flows, user research, and data-driven iteration. Focus on solving ambiguous problem spaces, optimizing app and card experiences, and scaling design systems.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 CAD per year

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end design for key DTC initiatives from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Define problem statements and success metrics for complex and ambiguous product flows.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to make informed trade-offs.
  • Use research, experimentation, and analytics to continuously improve user outcomes.
  • Contribute to design systems and patterns to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Mentor other designers to raise the quality of work across the design organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada.
  • 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with modern tools including Figma, G Suite, and Notion.
  • Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Strong craft in interaction and visual design with high attention to detail.
