What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (customer, partner, vendor, and data privacy contracts).
• Serve as trusted advisor to regional channel and go-to-market teams on legal and business issues.
• Manage legal risk and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Act as first point of escalation for Commercial Contract Managers on regional legal matters.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, product, compliance, and finance teams to support business objectives.
• Develop training on legal topics, risk management, and contract best practices.

Requirements

• Licensed Attorney (MA, NY, MN, or DE preferable)
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in technology or SaaS sector.
• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (SaaS/cloud, licensing, channel, data privacy).
• Strong knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
