What you will do

  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts
  • Provide legal and strategic business advice for long-term commercial approaches to products and programs
  • Educate business teams on commercial, legal, and corporate policies
  • Facilitate timely transaction closures while minimizing risks
  • Review marketing materials and guide on product requirements
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and liabilities across departments

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, including 2+ years in-house, ideally in software industry
  • Experience leading complex contract negotiations
  • Ability to drive and project manage cross-functional initiatives with business and legal teams
  • Strong business acumen, big-picture thinking, and practical approach to legal challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executives and diverse stakeholders
  • Comfort with fast-paced environment, competing priorities, independent and team work
