Senior Contracts Manager

TL;DR

Senior Contracts Manager (SaaS): Drafting and negotiating commercial and data privacy agreements with customers and vendors with an accent on sophisticated provisions and complex deals. Location: Hybrid in Westlake/Dallas, TX office (Tue-Thu onsite, Mon-Fri remote flexibility). US-based role.

Salary: $98,800 - $130,000 USD (annual base).

What you will do

• Analyze, interpret, and negotiate sophisticated provisions in sales, professional services, and data privacy agreements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on contract reviews and provide guidance on edits, terms, and policies.
• Review and revise standard and non-standard agreements to align with company policies.
• Assist with legal reviews for RFPs and RFIs.
• Manage end-to-end contract workflow from creation to signatures.
• Complete legal department projects as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of contracts experience (drafting and negotiation) in corporate environment; 6+ years with advanced degree.
• Ability to manage complex workloads, prioritize, and anticipate issues.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and risk assessment skills.
• Experience with data privacy rules and contracts (preferred).
• Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Icertis) and e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).
• Prior SaaS or regulated industry experience (preferred).
