Location: Hybrid (Dallas, TX)

Salary: $252,500 — $468,800 (TTC/OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive technical sales strategies to achieve solution adoption and support revenue targets in the US Central region.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales engineering organization focused on technical excellence.
  • Drive enterprise solution cycles from discovery to close, engaging directly with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Establish strategic technical relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise software or technical sales engineering experience, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of supporting revenue targets in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Extensive experience architecting and demonstrating complex solutions in security, privacy, or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and enterprise security architectures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting sales to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries like Healthcare or Financial Services.
