Salary: $130K – $190K + Equity

What you will do

• Develop proficiency in hirify.global platform to translate functionality and value to customers.
• Drive platform adoption and usage across customer organizations, including on-site engagement.
• Ensure delivery of scoped solutions and achievement of business outcomes.
• Provide guidance on aligning hirify.global solutions with customer strategic goals and workflows.
• Define and track ROI metrics, business cases, and value reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities and engage broad stakeholders for trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales and Deployment teams on account strategies and training workshops.

Requirements

• Must have current and unrestricted US working rights; no visa sponsorship available.
• Significant experience in enterprise account engagement, strategy, and client management, ideally in consulting.
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms and deployments.
• Experience developing customer value and ROI frameworks aligned to business priorities.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and external stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive problem-solving to address customer pain points.

• Experience in infrastructure or energy sector.
