TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US, ideally East Coast)

Salary: $400,000 - $475,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the strategic sales roadmap and business plan for the Americas, covering commercial and public sectors.
  • Lead, recruit, and develop the NA East Account Executive and Account Manager teams to expand client relationships.
  • Implement and manage the overall sales process using MEDDPIC metrics for efficient funnel management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and professional services to execute the sales plan.
  • Make strategic resource allocation decisions to orchestrate profitable revenue growth and company impact.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales focusing on DevOps, agility, or security.
  • 8+ years of experience managing sales teams and individual contributors.
  • Must be located in the U.S., ideally in the East Coast region.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing (Master's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated track record of success in the Americas and NA East region.
