What you will do
- Lead the Americas channel presales team, owning the technical win rate, deal velocity, and bookings influence across the partner ecosystem.
- Design and implement tiered engagement models, ranging from scalable enablement for resellers to dedicated alignment for strategic alliances.
- Partner with enablement teams to build scalable systems, including demo environments, technical playbooks, and competitive positioning.
- Develop and mentor solutions engineers to operate effectively across the full partner spectrum.
- Collaborate with channel sales leadership, alliance managers, and product teams to identify and mitigate pipeline risks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of presales or technical sales experience, with at least 3 years leading SE teams.
- Significant experience in channel or alliance management, with a track record of scaling technical selling through partners.
- Proven judgment in hiring, developing, and managing solutions engineers.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Strong fluency in how AI is changing technical selling and a clear point of view on its implementation in SE teams.
- Strong commercial instincts regarding partner economics and co-sell dynamics.
