What you will do

  • Lead the Americas channel presales team, owning the technical win rate, deal velocity, and bookings influence across the partner ecosystem.
  • Design and implement tiered engagement models, ranging from scalable enablement for resellers to dedicated alignment for strategic alliances.
  • Partner with enablement teams to build scalable systems, including demo environments, technical playbooks, and competitive positioning.
  • Develop and mentor solutions engineers to operate effectively across the full partner spectrum.
  • Collaborate with channel sales leadership, alliance managers, and product teams to identify and mitigate pipeline risks.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of presales or technical sales experience, with at least 3 years leading SE teams.
  • Significant experience in channel or alliance management, with a track record of scaling technical selling through partners.
  • Proven judgment in hiring, developing, and managing solutions engineers.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Strong fluency in how AI is changing technical selling and a clear point of view on its implementation in SE teams.
  • Strong commercial instincts regarding partner economics and co-sell dynamics.
