Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do

  • Act as trusted advisor to understand customer business problems and guide on AWS services for transformation and optimization.
  • Generate, manage, and execute sales pipeline across channels, including self-generated opportunities via C-suite relationships.
  • Handle complex sales opportunities from qualification to close, developing strategies and maintaining executive relationships.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales architects, delivery teams, AI/ML specialists, data engineers, and AWS teams to propose service roadmaps.
  • Utilize consultative selling for enterprise-wide transformations through custom professional services engagements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets with proven track record in enterprise cloud sales.

Requirements

  • 8+ years selling enterprise technology professional services (not products), with AWS exposure and custom implementations; preferred CaaS on Amazon infrastructure.
  • 5+ years direct sales to C-suite executives, translating business problems to technical solutions.
  • Expertise in AI/ML, data analytics, cloud transformation, articulating business value.
  • Experience with complex, high-value services sales, long cycles, multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of AWS partner ecosystem and go-to-market strategies.
  • Industry experience in Retail, Financial Services, Travel/Hospitality, Healthcare preferred.
