Salary: $252,500 — $468,800 (TTC/OTE)

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive technical sales strategies to achieve solution adoption and revenue targets across US South East and LATAM.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales engineering organization, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Drive enterprise solution cycles from discovery to close, engaging with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Establish strategic technical relationships with key technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise software or technical sales engineering experience.
- 8+ years in senior pre-sales or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of supporting revenue targets in enterprise SaaS environments, specifically with Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and enterprise security architectures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Work Format: Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Atlanta, GA
