What you will do

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to strategize on recruiting initiatives and ensure headcount alignment.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates using AI tools, social media, and networking.
• Leverage the employer value proposition to market the brand and attract diverse talent.
• Provide regular updates and market intelligence to hiring teams.
• Contribute to the enhancement of talent acquisition processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
• 5+ years of full-life cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in AI sourcing tools, Boolean search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to handle confidential information.
• Exceptional client service and relationship management skills.
