Information Security Engineer III – Privileged Access Management (PAM) (Cybersecurity)

Information Security Engineer (PAM): Provide technical engineering and operational support for Automated Password Reset (APS) application built on Bravura Password Manager platform with an accent on platform stability, configuration, integration support, and operational health. Focus on troubleshooting integrations with enterprise systems, incident response, root cause analysis, environment validation, and supporting upgrades and database migrations.

Location: Hybrid – 3 days in office (mandatory) in Charlotte, NC | Chandler, AZ | Irving, TX; 2 days remote

What you will do

• Provide engineering and operational support for APS platform and Bravura Password Manager
• Handle configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of integrations with Active Directory, Oracle databases, mainframes, and other systems
• Analyze authentication workflows, credential policies, and access controls
• Assist in incident response, root cause analysis, platform upgrades, and post-upgrade stabilization
• Perform system health checks across DEV, QA, and PROD environments
• Contribute to database migrations, capacity planning, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and service owners in Agile processes

Requirements

• 3–5 years in password/credential management, IAM, or information security engineering
• Hands-on experience with PAM tools like Bravura, CyberArk, or similar
• Strong SQL and Python knowledge
• Experience with LDAP and Active Directory
• Ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently
• Understanding of authentication systems, access controls, and security best practices

Nice to have

• 1–2 years software development experience (reading code)
• CyberArk Password Vault or SailPoint experience
• CISSP or relevant security certifications
• Experience in financial services or healthcare (HIPAA)
