What you will do

• Conduct targeted reviews of customer environments to identify and prioritize security control gaps.
• Deploy and optimize technical controls, including advanced endpoint protection, email security tools, and network access controls.
• Integrate zero-trust principles and robust identity protections to ensure resilient access management.
• Develop and update technical "betterment" playbooks and vet new security solutions to stay ahead of threat actors.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Underwriting, Claims, and MDR teams to refine risk models.
• Act as a subject matter expert on modern infrastructure hardening for internal security and insurance teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security hardening and control optimization across complex environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of EDR/MDR, IAM, and Email Security solutions.
• Extensive experience implementing MFA and Active Directory/Entra ID security improvements.
• Expertise in securing network architectures (Firewall, VPN, ZTNA, SASE) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Ability to guide customers through technical remediation during high-stress, post-event periods.
• Must be based in the US
