Crypto.com is looking for a Security IT Support Engineer to join its highly experienced Security Team, which leads Security, Privacy, and Compliance with top certifications and expert leadership.

Responsibilities include:
- First line IT support resolving issues and meeting SLAs
- Full lifecycle endpoint management (laptops, mobiles, VDI)
- Patch management across environments with tracking/reporting
- Vulnerability scanning, risk prioritization and remediation
- Identity & access management enforcing least privilege
- Monitoring security controls and threat prevention
- Asset inventory maintenance
- Secure onboarding/offboarding
- Safe AI tool adoption: spotting risks (prompt injection, data leakage) and implementing guardrails

🔑 Requirements:
- 3+ years IT support or operations experience
- Solid hands-on with IAM, MDM and endpoint security tools
- Exposure to patch management and vulnerability scanning
- Understanding of AI security risks with ability to explain clearly
- Highly self-directed and proactive

🛠 Nice-to-have:
- Certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, AWS, Microsoft etc.)
- Physical office IT setup experience
- Basic scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- LLM security concepts
- Fast-paced or high-security background
