What you will do

• Lead strategic deployments for federal clients with networks spanning 1000+ devices.
• Architect security solutions aligned with client objectives to improve resilience and incident response.
• Deploy and optimize the hirify.global platform across complex hybrid cloud environments.
• Integrate the platform with enterprise tools including Splunk, Azure Sentinel, and ServiceNow.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and APIs to streamline security workflows and reporting.
• Provide technical leadership and training to client teams on security best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in network/security engineering or architecture with customer-facing delivery.
• Expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, load-balancing, and protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IPsec).
• Practical deployment experience in AWS/Azure and SIEM content creation (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel).
• Proficiency in Python for API integration and data normalization.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST RMF, DISA STIGs, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
• Must hold a DoD Secret security clearance or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with SOAR, PowerShell, bash, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CySA+, Security+, or AWS/Azure Fundamentals.
• Familiarity with AI-powered security tools and machine learning applications.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflow integration.
