What you will do

• Direct and mentor a global organization of managers, architects, and technical staff to ensure long-term capacity and expertise.
• Develop and execute IAM security strategies and business cases for the implementation of new technologies.
• Lead global project delivery, identity hygiene initiatives, and data governance to secure the enterprise mission.
• Oversee the selection, testing, and secure installation of IAM services and products.
• Manage capital and expense budgets for IAM operations and related security programs.
• Coordinate audit compliance actions and ensure adherence to government laws and enterprise policies.

Requirements

• Progressive experience in Information Security, specifically within Identity and Access Management.
• Extensive experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint, and Ping Federate.
• Deep knowledge of project management best practices, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to review application security and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related area.
• Industry-recognized security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
