What you will do

• Design, develop, and support clinical trial software emphasizing patient safety and data integrity
• Review product requirements and create technical design and implementation documentation
• Code software applications, fix defects, and provide unit testing coverage
• Collaborate in agile teams for timely delivery of high-quality code
• Manage software deployments across environments and complete documentation
• Assist support team with troubleshooting production issues

Requirements

• Deep hands-on Python experience in production systems
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 6 years of software development experience
• Deep understanding of relational databases, cloud (AWS), and building/supporting services
• Previous exposure to AI with curiosity to experiment (e.g., Claude Code)
• Ability to design, develop, and support medium to high complexity software modules
• Excellent problem-solving, learning capability, time management, and production-support mindset
