TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Qualify inbound leads and drive pipeline acceleration through personalized outreach for an AI-native Digital Experience Platform with an accent on lead qualification and CRM intelligence. Focus on building scalable sales processes and conveying the product's value proposition to prospective customers.

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, IL (3 days per week in-office, Tues-Thurs)

Salary: $77,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads and maintain active engagement to identify new opportunities.
  • Partner with Account Executives to build and accelerate the sales pipeline through personalized outreach.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data and log activities consistently in Salesforce.
  • Develop deep product expertise to clearly communicate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Travel up to 15% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience, ideally in high-rejection environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL for hybrid office attendance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proactive embrace of AI and fluency in emerging technologies to elevate work outcomes.
  • Valid right to work authorization for the USA.
