What you will do

• Lead technology strategy, architecture, and the product roadmap, managing build vs. buy decisions and vendor selection.
• Oversee end-to-end execution across engineering, data, infrastructure, and IT services to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Establish and enforce best practices for software development, DevOps, and quality assurance.
• Manage data governance, security, and privacy compliance programs specifically for regulated healthcare data.
• Develop and retain high-performing technical teams, including hiring and leadership development.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Commercial leaders to translate business priorities into technical outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology, engineering, or data disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles (Director level or above).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated success scaling technology platforms and teams in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong background in modern, cloud-based architectures and data platforms.
• Deep understanding of security, reliability, and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare domain, including claims data and compliant application development.
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing, machine learning, or analytics platforms.
• Prior experience operating at the executive level, reporting to a CEO or board.
