What you will do

• Lead and execute 2–4 executive-level searches simultaneously, from strategy definition to end-to-end closing.
• Act as a strategic advisor to C-suite and senior leaders on talent markets, candidate evaluation, and search strategy.
• Manage and develop a small recruiting team, coaching them on research excellence and stakeholder management.
• Build and refine the Executive Search function by introducing standardized tools, processes, and reporting.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to strengthen succession planning and long-term talent strategy.
• Manage relationships with retained search firms and external talent partners to broaden executive reach.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years dedicated to executive recruiting.
• 2+ years of hands-on management experience leading recruiting teams or research functions.
• Demonstrated success delivering VP/C-level searches in tech, healthcare, or high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing and market mapping skills to engage passive executive talent.
• Must be based in the United States.
