What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance functions from kickoff to offer acceptance.
- Partner with functional hiring managers to define team needs, role requirements, and the hiring bar.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines of active and passive candidates.
- Drive a structured, consistent interview process that reflects company values.
- Negotiate and extend offers in collaboration with legal and compensation stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in Greenhouse to track health and report on metrics.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record in marketing, operations, or finance.
- At least 3 years of in-house recruiting specifically for digital marketing roles (Brand, Conversion, Growth).
- Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS and modern sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to manage a dynamic req load in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by US-specific benefits and federal holiday policy).

- Experience recruiting in healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine.
