Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year + Up to 50% OTE

What you will do

• Own relationships with key stakeholders from engineering leads to executive sponsors.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities via upselling, cross-selling, and new logo acquisition.
• Recommend technology solutions, including AI and automation, to solve real business problems.
• Collaborate with solution architects and delivery managers to shape technical proposals and SOWs.
• Stay current on GenAI trends and feed market insights back to internal teams to improve offerings.
• Track and report account metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and client satisfaction forecasts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting with 5+ years in revenue-generating roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in daily workflows.
• Experience with nearshore/offshore delivery models and proficiency with Salesforce.
• Domain expertise in healthcare, financial services, or media.
