Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Required to be in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)
Base Salary: $105,000 - $132,000 CAD annually. Target bonus: 12.5%.

What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to Alliances leadership by creating and executing the enablement roadmap.
- Architect partner onboarding journeys for referral, integration, and channel partners.
- Lead internal onboarding for Alliance Managers to ensure mastery of the product suite and ecosystem.
- Scale a central partner hub containing playbooks, co-branded collateral, and certification modules.
- Develop training content and certification pathways to ensure consistent product knowledge across the ecosystem.
- Create standardized playbooks to help GTM and GTB teams navigate co-selling motions with Alliances.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales enablement experience, specifically supporting Alliances, Channel, or Partner organizations.
- Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to comply with the hybrid office schedule.
- Direct experience in a SaaS or consumption-based environment (Alliance Manager or AE experience highly preferred).
- Expert facilitation and communication skills for delivering training in live, virtual, and asynchronous formats.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Crossbeam, Mindmatrix, or similar sales enablement tech stacks.
- Proven ability to develop quarterly enablement roadmaps aligned with global alliance goals.
