What you will do

  • Maintain high-energy outbound activity to build a robust pipeline and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas.
  • Lead high-quality discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and align them with business outcomes.
  • Deliver tailored, outcome-focused product demos showcasing the value of the Unified-CXM platform.
  • Manage the full sales cycle proactively, ensuring clear next steps and timelines for every deal.
  • Maintain meticulous pipeline documentation within Salesforce for accurate forecasting.
  • Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to refine pitches, overcome objections, and accelerate the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven inside sales success in high-activity environments.
  • Experience selling UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, or PaaS solutions (preferred).
  • Proficiency in managing pipelines via Salesforce CRM with high attention to detail.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to create urgency in the sales process.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve productivity and customer engagement.
  • Must be located in or able to work onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona
