Location: Remote (Must be based in California, USA)

Salary: Base $50,000 + $35k incentive for existing customers + uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Build and manage sales pipeline through inbound lead generation and outbound prospecting using CRM and AI tools.
  • Drive revenue growth by executing upsell, cross-sell, account expansion, and customer retention strategies.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, sales forecasting accuracy, and subscription billing records for SaaS solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and pricing documentation to ensure seamless deal execution and handoff.
  • Execute Microsoft CSP partner tasks, including CPOR assignments and partner portal data management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or a SaaS/cloud sales environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft 365, and AI productivity tools.
  • Solid English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to operate in a fully remote environment within California with no travel required.
