TL;DR
B2B SaaS Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting through existing accounts using outbound calling, email, and social strategies with an accent on consultative approach and value propositions. Focus on heavy outbound (75+ calls per day), uncovering business needs, pain points, and setting up qualified meetings for sales executives.
Location: Tampa, FL in office full time. 0-10% travel may be required.

What you will do
- Collaborate with sales executives to identify net-new sell-to opportunities.
- Conduct heavy outbound proactive calling (75+ calls per day), emails, and social strategies to generate leads.
- Uncover business needs through consultative approach, learning about objectives, pain points, processes, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive sales growth and pipeline by setting up qualified meetings.
- Identify appropriate opportunities for correct solutions and stay updated on new software/products.
Requirements
- Ability to perform routine situations with limited supervision, excellent customer service, and strong team collaboration.
- Multi-task in fast-paced environment; organized, self-motivated, eager.
- Knowledge of IT, Professional Services, CRM, or ERP markets.
- Exceptional positioning/qualification skills with proven sales objectives achievement.
- Strong professional verbal/written communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent; 1+ years relevant experience.
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Outreach.
Nice to have
- Experience or knowledge in Managed Services industry or inside/outbound sales.
