What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for measuring the effectiveness of media investments and strategic partnerships.
• Develop analytical frameworks to evaluate the ROI and value of league partnerships, team sponsorships, and talent relationships.
• Implement modern measurement methodologies including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), attribution, and incrementality testing.
• Oversee the implementation of AI capabilities and advanced analytics tools to enhance media analytics infrastructure.
• Translate complex modeling outputs into actionable strategic insights for senior leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team focused on media and partnership measurement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in marketing analytics or media measurement.
• Deep expertise in MMM, attribution, incrementality testing, and causal inference.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, or similar data tools.
• Experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Data Science).
• Proven experience leading and developing analytics or data science teams.
