TL;DR

Sr. Relationship Manager (SaaS): Managing existing named Enterprise accounts to drive retention and long-term growth with an accent on strategic account planning and executive relationship management. Focus on conducting business reviews, navigating procurement for high-value renewals, and articulating ROI to C-suite stakeholders.

Location: Remote (US: Illinois, Wisconsin, Alabama, Kansas, Kentucky). Must be based in the United States.

Compensation: Base $80,000–$90,000; OTE $120,000–$127,000

What you will do

  • Manage the full customer lifecycle for large Enterprise accounts from onboarding through renewal.
  • Provide temporary coverage for LATAM Enterprise accounts in 2026, conducting engagement in Spanish.
  • Transition to assigned United States Enterprise accounts starting in 2027.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews in Spanish and English to align on objectives and measurable value realization.
  • Drive product adoption and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners, Customer Success, and Enterprise Sales to ensure operational alignment.

Requirements

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required for one opening).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside/Field Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
  • 2+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven expertise in SaaS retention strategy and value-driven sales methodology.
  • Strong ability to develop business cases and articulate ROI to executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
