What you will do

• Develop high-impact content and GTM assets that translate product capabilities into customer value.
• Own and manage the monthly customer newsletter to drive engagement.
• Maintain a centralized enablement repository to ensure messaging remains consistent and actionable.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to accelerate deal cycles.
• Drive storytelling through demos and thought leadership to build trust with institutions.

Requirements

• Experience creating content and enablement specifically for institutional audiences.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally to develop and distribute GTM assets.
• Strong capacity for synthesizing customer insights to inform messaging and positioning.
• Ability to translate complex technical product details into clear, differentiated narratives.
• Must be based in the United States.
