Salary: $184,000 β $225,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert in prospective markets and competitive landscapes to drive growth strategies.
- Lead GTM strategies for stablecoin payments, agentic commerce, and on-chain credit.
- Define target markets and develop clear value propositions and messaging for institutional DeFi solutions.
- Coordinate the execution of new product features and partner launches cross-functionally.
- Collaborate with business development, marketing, and creative teams to promote Institutional DeFi on XRPL.
- Provide high-quality enablement materials and sessions to set the sales team up for success.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or equivalent GTM roles.
- Proven expertise in blockchain, crypto/Web3, or institutional DeFi.
- Experience with stablecoins is highly preferred.
- Strong structured thinking and ability to simplify complex concepts into impactful messaging.
- Ability to work independently and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Must be based in California (CA).
