Location: Must be based in California (CA). Hybrid work (10+ days per month in-office).

Salary: $184,000 — $225,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert in prospective markets and competitive landscapes to drive growth strategies.
• Lead GTM strategies for stablecoin payments, agentic commerce, and on-chain credit.
• Define target markets and develop clear value propositions and messaging for institutional DeFi solutions.
• Coordinate the execution of new product features and partner launches cross-functionally.
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, and creative teams to promote Institutional DeFi on XRPL.
• Provide high-quality enablement materials and sessions to set the sales team up for success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or equivalent GTM roles.
• Proven expertise in blockchain, crypto/Web3, or institutional DeFi.
• Experience with stablecoins is highly preferred.
• Strong structured thinking and ability to simplify complex concepts into impactful messaging.
• Ability to work independently and build strong cross-functional relationships.
• Must be based in California (CA).
