What you will do

• Own end-to-end positioning and messaging for Prophecy, translating technical edges into narratives for traders and builders.
• Lead GTM for all launches, including mainnet milestones, agent integrations, and token incentives.
• Develop and execute the marketing roadmap in coordination with product and community leads.
• Grow the builder base through always-on programs and targeted audience acquisition.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market research with traders, builders, and KOLs.
• Produce high-quality Web3 content, including launch threads, research notes, and explainer videos.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, with 2+ years in consumer Web3 (DEX, perps, or fintech).
• Deep crypto-native knowledge (on-chain UX, CLOB vs AMM, token incentive design).
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end product launches with measurable impact.
• Strong narrative skills and ability to simplify technical specs into high-impact hooks.
• Quantitative fluency and data-driven approach to campaign hypothesis and analysis.
• English: C1+ level written and spoken proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with prediction markets.
• Public footprint in the crypto space (CT, Mirror, podcasts).
• Experience managing GTM for token launches (TGE, airdrops).
• Experience shipping AI-native or agent-based consumer products.
