Consulting Manager (Strategic Asset Management)

Consulting Manager (Strategic Asset Management): Deliver asset management assessments, strategic plans, investment prioritization, and risk assessments for utilities and infrastructure clients with an accent on lifecycle management, optimization, and organizational capabilities. Location: Hybrid office environment in Tampa FL, Orlando FL, Cary NC, Atlanta GA, or Charlotte NC, US. Travel up to 100%. No relocation or visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Deliver asset management assessments (including ISO 55001), strategic plans, program development, investment planning, business cases, and risk/resilience assessments.
• Serve as project manager or technical lead, orchestrating tasks, managing resources, schedules, and budgets locally and nationally.
• Provide subject matter expertise, apply best practices, perform data analysis, develop reports, and recommend solutions.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, presentations, and communications.
• Support business development, including scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in business/consulting environment.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
• Ability to complete pre-employment checks (background, drug screen, motor vehicle).
• Certifications in asset management (IAM preferred).
• Competencies: action oriented, customer focus, interpersonal savvy.
