What you will do

• Build and execute growth strategies for pharma clients in partnership with leadership.
• Manage client relationships, including overseeing new brand launches requiring cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive revenue by supporting business development through the full client acquisition cycle.
• Contribute to internal projects scaling the Growth function, such as researching legislation and recommending product/GTM adaptations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience at a top strategy consulting firm or tech company in strategy & operations
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong execution skills and ability to own multiple competing projects cross-functionally
• Action-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, fast learner able to distill complex concepts
• Strong attention to detail, thorough project planning, and delivery against timelines
• Background in strategic consulting strongly preferred
