Salary: $187,500–$312,500 (Chicago, IL); $202,500–$337,500 (New York, NY).

What you will do
- Aid cross-functional teams in delivering transformation initiatives including operational efficiency, digital/AI solutions, and organizational change.
- Design and execute enterprise cost reduction programs for corporate and private equity clients.
- Manage engagements including performance reviews, task delegation, project financials, and client relationships.
- Develop solution content, thought leadership, and business development activities.
- Lead staff development, coaching, and performance assessments.
- Employ data analytics, fintech, and transformation methods to improve operations performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Data & Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of related consulting experience servicing cross-industry clients.
- Professional certification: Lean Six Sigma (Master Black Belt, Black Belt, Green Belt), Certified Supply Chain Professional, or similar.
- Client project experience in sectors like Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, Retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 35-40%, occasionally 80%).
