Salary: $84,000 – $91,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the principal liaison for customers to implement best practices and optimize clinical workflows.
• Lead in-depth business discovery to develop delivery approaches that drive value and business outcomes.
• Translate technical requirements into detailed system configuration and setup.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security requirements for all customer databases.
• Manage communications among project stakeholders and resolve configuration issues with high attention to detail.
• Lead and support customer change management strategies and user readiness plans.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
• Experience in software consulting, workflow analysis, and documenting operational recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple project teams and milestones simultaneously.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites and regional meetings.
• Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field (preferred).
