Location: Remote (USA). Occasional travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for in-office events is required.
Salary: $84,000 – $91,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as the principal liaison for customers to implement best practices and optimize clinical workflows.
- Lead in-depth business discovery to develop delivery approaches that drive value and business outcomes.
- Translate technical requirements into detailed system configuration and setup.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security requirements for all customer databases.
- Manage communications among project stakeholders and resolve configuration issues with high attention to detail.
- Lead and support customer change management strategies and user readiness plans.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.
- Experience in software consulting, workflow analysis, and documenting operational recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple project teams and milestones simultaneously.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites and regional meetings.
- Post-secondary education in a business or technology-related field (preferred).
