What you will do

• Manage client-facing project teams to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Drive company-wide strategy and vision discussions
• Cultivate client relationships with top-tier accounts through site visits and QBRs
• Drive practice areas, set roadmaps, and scope engagements
• Onboard, train, and mentor new practitioners; approve SOWs, budgets, and timesheets
• Lead or support engagements, shape proposals, and elevate client deliverables

Requirements

• US based for remote work
• Entrepreneurial mindset with professional services experience at manager level or senior, ideally in tech/PE
• Excellent people manager with strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communicator with interpersonal and presentation skills
• Deep experience leading enterprise systems initiatives (ERP, CRM, HCM), architecture, design, integrations
• Proven track record in large multi-workstream programs, vendor management, process optimization
• Expertise in contemporary tech stacks, development methodologies, IT solutions, security
