TL;DR

Territory Sales Manager (Sales): Growing hirify.global’s wholesale business by identifying prospective wholesale accounts and converting them to authorized dealers with an accent on field-based sales and retail relationship management. Focus on building territory zone plans, conducting in-person dealer training, and meeting new door and revenue quotas.

What you will do

  • Identify prospective wholesale accounts and convert them into authorized hirify.global dealers.
  • Build and execute a territory zone plan, requiring 80-85% weekly travel.
  • Conduct a minimum of 25 quality in-person visits per week to drive order growth.
  • Host in-store dealer training to increase staff product knowledge and sell-thru.
  • Manage the territory as a business to hit new door acquisition and sales revenue targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospecting and sales activities.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Texas or Florida.
  • Proven experience in outbound, field-based sales (at least 2 years).
  • Strong ability to convince prospects and close sales rather than just taking orders.
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Competitive, driven, and action-oriented mindset.
