Salary: $82,000 – $95,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and execute multiple high-profile events simultaneously for the agency's most prominent clients.
• Coordinate all event logistics, including travel arrangements, security requirements, marketing materials, and event briefings.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with both Clients and Buyers.
• Negotiate and maintain travel budgets, providing immediate support for complications during nights and weekends.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners to ensure flawless event execution.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Event Manager team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA for full-time onsite work.
• 5+ years of experience in event planning and/or travel management.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited university or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of providing high-level customer service and critical relationship management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM databases.
• Availability to work an extended schedule, including occasional weekends and evenings.
