What you will do

• Maintain and validate SAP master data, including BOMs, routings, and inventory records.
• Generate and validate cost estimates for materials and support costing processes within SAP.
• Review and challenge engineering changes (ECOs) to ensure data accuracy and prevent downstream issues.
• Establish and validate routing rates for new assemblies based on manufacturing standards.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Support cost accounting activities, including cost per hour reporting and variance analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and macros.
• Experience with SAP or the ability to quickly become proficient.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to understand technical and electronics-related terminology.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work at the Piedras Negras IBU site.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a highly analytical, numbers-driven field.
• Experience or familiarity with SQL and database concepts.
