What you will do

• Analyze and optimize KYC configurations to improve fraud detection and approval rates.
• Balance automated decision-making with manual review processes.
• Define and improve logic for manual validation case creation.
• Track and analyze KYC performance metrics, including precision, recall, and false positives.
• Use SQL for independent data analysis to identify bottlenecks in KYC flows.
• Formalize business processes and analytical requirements in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of database architecture.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis.
• Good understanding of business and operational processes.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking.
• Experience working with performance and quality metrics.
• Technical background.

Nice to have

• Experience in KYC, fraud, risk, or compliance domains.
