What you will do

• Collect and analyze requirements from business stakeholders (KYC, Onboarding, Risk) and oversee MDM system implementations.
• Analyze business processes for personal data handling, including validation, normalization, and deduplication.
• Define rules for identification, merge, and version management of customer data.
• Monitor data integrity and investigate root causes of anomalies and discrepancies.
• Prepare technical documentation using BPMN, UML, and Data Flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with architecture, compliance, and data governance teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Mandatory proficiency in SQL.
• Proven experience in collecting and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with KYC/KYB processes or MDM systems.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Superset or Tableau.
• Understanding of APIs and Kafka.
• Experience with MDM system migration or integration.
