Sr Business Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and cost analysis.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis between actual performance and forecasted metrics.
• Partner with FP&A, Demand Planning, and Commercial teams to align financial objectives.
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards to highlight key performance indicators and trends.
• Lead quarterly forecasting and AOP/LE/BE processes for the LATAM region.
• Support month-end close activities and drive process automation within Commercial Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel.
• Advanced English proficiency for reporting and communication.
• Must be located in Mexico City, Mexico.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Oracle systems.
• Experience with Tableau.
