What you will do

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve service quality and control costs in BPO operations.
• Define, plan, and report on key projects focused on cost savings and service improvements.
• Utilize Tableau and SQL to identify operational gaps and implement small automations to streamline daily work.
• Manage workforce forecasting, headcount within budget, and propose strategies to meet service goals.
• Partner with product teams to enhance internal tools and apps, reporting technical issues for resolution.
• Manage relationships with BPO providers, aligning performance and staffing with company goals.

Requirements

• College degree.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, technology, finance, or consulting roles.
• General knowledge of the Transportation Industry and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft productivity tools, Tableau, and/or SQL.
• Must be based in Monterrey, Mexico for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply chain and logistics.
• Previous experience working with BPO partners.
• Competency in Business Process Automation software such as Power Automate or Parabola.
• College degree in business, supply chain, or a STEM focus.
