What you will do

• Support the sales process by joining calls, demos, and RFPs as a legal expert.
• Develop playbooks, training materials, and thought-leadership content for in-house legal teams.
• Represent the company at webinars, CLE sessions, and industry events.
• Translate real-world transactional workflows into actionable product features and requirements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams during feature discovery, development, and testing.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of transactional experience (mix of law firm and in-house preferred).
• Deep familiarity with contract negotiation, drafting, and review workflows.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) within the modern AI landscape.
• Strong communication skills and experience presenting to legal and business audiences.
• Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a legal tech or B2B SaaS company.
• Familiarity with sales processes, RFPs, or customer enablement.
• Technical curiosity and experience collaborating with product/engineering teams.
