Compensation: $160,000 - $200,000 OTE CAD

What you will do

• Make AI agent performance transparent and actionable through analytics, helping customers like Pinterest and monday.com understand and improve their agents.
• Build prototypes using coding agents, write detailed specs for AI execution, and ship features end-to-end from ideation to launch.
• Run customer discovery with enterprise CX leaders and users to translate insights into product direction.
• Partner closely with engineering and design on architecture, UX, and tradeoffs.
• Measure impact with metrics, benchmarks, and data queries to ensure shipped features deliver results.
• Contribute across the product, thinking in systems to connect analytics with broader functionality.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product development (engineering, design, or PM), including 2+ years as PM driving products from concept to launch.
• Builder's mindset: prototype before presenting, thrive in ambiguity with rapid iteration.
• Technically fluent: comfortable with APIs, system architecture, AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, SQL, and daily use of LLMs/coding agents.
• Design-minded with strong product taste and UX understanding to partner with designers.
• Customer-obsessed: spend time with customers to inform decisions and balance strategy with details.
• Fast-moving, versatile, influential communicator across engineering, design, and business.
