What you will do
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps in AWP/WFP, work packaging, and software usage.
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and practical exercises.
- Deliver hands-on instruction for InEight Plan & Progress and Procore via classrooms, workshops, and virtual sessions.
- Coach personnel on AWP and WFP best practices to maximize project efficiency and align with the Path of Construction.
- Track and monitor training progress and maintain accurate certification records for compliance and auditing.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to troubleshoot processes and update curricula.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in training, operations, or project delivery.
- Significant hands-on experience in construction or project management with expertise in AWP/WFP methodologies.
- Proficiency with InEight Plan & Progress and familiarity with Procore.
- Experience working in open shop and/or union environments.
- Strong instructional and facilitation skills to communicate complex information to varied audiences.
- Must be based in or able to work from Overland Park, KS, US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of field operations experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
- Credentials such as Certified WorkFace Planner or AWP University.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
