What you will do

  • Cultivate and nurture lasting connections with key customer advocates to transform them into brand champions.
  • Develop a strategic portfolio of high-profile customer brands for case studies, testimonials, and industry events.
  • Manage and maintain a database of public and private references for peer-to-peer and NDA engagements.
  • Coordinate customer interviews and oversee the production of professional video testimonials and success stories.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and alliances to identify and grow the advocate pool.
  • Track and optimize the usage of advocacy assets to maximize impact on brand trust and sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience managing a customer advocacy program is required.
  • Marketing experience in the B2B technology space, specifically in customer marketing.
  • Must be based in the United States (Remote East Coast).
  • Proven ability to manage advocacy pipelines, hit deadlines, and exceed quarterly goals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence VP & C-Level leadership.

Nice to have

  • Multilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
  • Strong understanding of the channel market (alliance partners, distributors, system integrators).
  • Expertise in market analysis and gathering market requirements to create strategic assets.
