Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 base annually

What you will do
- Develop and own vertical marketing strategy aligned with business priorities to drive pipeline growth.
- Segment target audiences using data and research to identify pain points and unmet needs.
- Build integrated marketing programs for demand generation and sales enablement.
- Leverage AI tools for personalization, lead scoring, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Activate campaigns across the funnel and create vertical thought leadership content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and others to maximize impact.
- Measure performance, track ROI, and optimize programs continuously.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in regulated or compliance-driven industries
- Track record supporting sales teams and influencing revenue through marketing
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing platforms (e.g., Jasper, Writer, ChatGPT, HubSpot AI)
- Success managing multi-channel campaigns and tailoring messaging by vertical
- Strategic thinking, project management skills, and exceptional communication
- Comfort in fast-paced, matrixed environment
