Salary: $112,000 - $133,000

What you will do

• Build customer stories end-to-end, from conducting interviews and writing copy to producing video scripts.
• Develop repeatable sourcing workflows across Sales, CS, and PMM to maintain a full story pipeline.
• Run and optimize review site campaigns on G2 and TrustRadius, including outreach and incentive management.
• Design AI-augmented workflows and prompt frameworks to increase content output without sacrificing quality.
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to embed customer proof into deal cycles and outbound sequences.
• Manage logistical details such as permissions, logo rights, and client sign-offs.

Requirements

• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to turn messy transcripts into compelling narratives.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, sales, or customer success.
• AI-native mindset with existing experience using AI tools for content creation and research.
• Comfort with video production, including directing interviews and working with editors.
• Systems-thinking approach to building repeatable workflows and processes.

• Experience working with technical product teams.
• Experience running omnichannel campaigns or supporting paid/earned activation.
